Welcome to Socilove.com! Your privacy is important to us. This
Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information. By using
Socilove.com, you agree to the terms of this policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to the websites, apps, events and
other services we operate under the SociLove brand. For simplicity, we refer to all of these as our
“service” in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
It goes without saying that we can’t help you develop meaningful connections if you don’t provide us with certain information about yourself, like basic profile details and the types of people you’d like to meet. Using our Service also generates certain information, like when you sign in and how you use it. We may also collect data from third parties, like when you access the Service through an account you have on another platform (like Facebook, Google, or Apple) or when you upload information from your account on another platform to complete your profile. If you’re interested in all the details, be sure to check out the following:
a. Data you give us
- Account Data: When you create an account, you provide us with basic information for the creation of your account, such as your phone number, email address and date of birth.
- Profile Data: When you complete your profile, you share additional details about yourself, such as your gender, interests, preferences, approximate location. Some of this data may be considered sensitive or private in some countries, such as details about your sexual orientation, sex life, health, or political beliefs. If you choose to provide this data, you consent to our use of it as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
- Content: When you use our Service, you may post photos, video, audio, text and other types of content, such as your conversations with other members.
- Purchase Data: When you make a purchase, we store the details of the transaction (for example, what you purchased, the date of the transaction, and the price). The exact data depends on the payment method you choose. When you pay directly with us (not through a platform like iOS or Android), you provide your debit or credit card number or other financial information.
- Marketing, Survey and Research Data: We sometimes conduct (i) surveys, focus groups or market studies for research purposes and (ii) promotions, events or contests for marketing purposes. When you choose to participate, you provide us with information to process your entry and participation, as well as your responses to our questions and your feedback.
- Third Party Data: When you choose to share information about other people with us (for example, if you use contact information for someone you know for a particular feature or submit a query or report involving a member), we process that data on your behalf to complete your request.
- Customer Support Data: When you contact us, you provide us with information that may be necessary to help address your question. Other people may also submit queries or reports involving you. Finally, our moderation tools and teams may collect additional data as part of their investigations.
- Social Media Data: You may decide to share data with us through your accounts on other platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, Apple); for example, if you decide to create and log in to your account through those platforms or upload data such as photos or playlists from those platforms to our service.
b. Data generated or automatically collected

We may also receive data about your interactions with our ads on third-party websites or apps.
- Technical Data: Using the Service involves collecting data from and about the device(s) you use to access our Service, including hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, app settings and features, app crashes, advertising IDs, and identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify a device or browser.
c. Other data we collect with your permission/approval
- Geolocation Data: If you give us permission, we may collect your geolocation (latitude and longitude) from your device. If you decline permission, features that rely on precise geolocation may not be available to you.
- Facial Geometry Data: You may choose to participate in some of our features, such as Photo Verification or Photo and ID Verification, which involve the collection of facial geometry data, which may be considered biometric data in some jurisdictions.

Some of our advertising partners allow us to convert your email address, advertising identifiers, or phone number into an identifier that cannot be used to personally identify you, and we then use that unique identifier to either exclude you from our marketing campaigns or to target our ads to an audience similar to you in terms of background, interests, or app usage.

Certain services may lose functionality when you withdraw consent. You can always contact us for more information.
For your protection and the protection of all our members, we may ask you for information to verify your identity or authority to act on behalf of a member before responding to the above requests. We don't want anyone else to take control of your data!
